Laser systems are based on CO2 lasers with output power from 60 W iki 500 W.
Systems are equipped with positioning systems depending upon application:
- x-y gantry type tables with processing area from 1400×900 mm to 2500×3000 mm (larger area is available on request),
- and/or dynamic focus galvoscanners with processing area up to 450×450 mm.
Certain model of system is adapted for application field:
- leather cutting and punching for shoes and bags manufacturing,
- carpet materials cutting,
- textile materials cutting,
- filters materials cutting,
- jeans denim engraving,
- sportswear manufacturing
Laser systems are provided with appropriated material handling conveyour, controllers with software and user interface.
Golden Laser is offering also laser systems with integrated optical image recognition for more automated processing.
